Thomas D. Marcotte, PhD, Professor of Psychiatry at UC San Diego and Co-Director of the Center for Medicinal Cannabis Research, participated in the panel “Updates to and Challenges in Efforts to Detect and Stop Cannabis-Impaired Driving” at the Cannabis Regulators Association meeting in Oklahoma City on June 9.
The panel brought together experts in traffic safety, law enforcement, and public policy, including Jonathan Morrison, JD, LLM, Administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
