CMCR Medicinal Cannabis & Cannabinoid Science Symposium

Focusing on Progress, Policy and Partnership as it relates to medicinal cannabis

The Center for Medicinal Cannabis Research (CMCR) hosted a virtual two-day symposium on April 21-22, 2022 celebrating progress, policy and partnership of medicinal cannabis research. The symposium kicked off with keynote addresses from the 2022 CMCR award recipients followed by a series of scientific talks covering clinical and translational aspects of medicinal cannabis research alongside panel discussions of public policy, university-industry partnership, and diversifying the cannabis and cannabinoid-based medication. Each scientific session and panel discussion was moderated by faculty to facilitate discussion and audience participation.
