The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is collaborating with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and the Center for Medicinal Cannabis Research (CMCR) to conduct a study in which participants will smoke THC or placebo and then drive an automobile along a test track in Sacramento.
